Employee of the Month

Annie Seay is Prospect’s Employee of the Month for January 2012.  Over the past three decades, Annie has been a key member of the Prospect team.  Recently Annie returned to Day Services as a Coordinator.  Annie has made a tremendous difference in Day Services since rejoining the team a few months ago.  The feedback received from staff has been overwhelmingly positive.  She communicates information daily, takes on responsibility when asked, finds areas that need improvement, and works with management to continue to improve services provided.  She uses principles of teamwork to work through issues that she is unable to resolve.  Annie strives for excellence in the work she does.  She lives a life of integrity and honesty.  It shows in her work.  Congratulations Annie!!

Supported Employment WORKS!

Prospect, Inc. congratulates Stanley H. as the 2009 SONIC Employee of the Year.  Stanley has participated in several Prospect programs since the 1980s.  He has enjoyed many of the opportunities the Day and Residential Services provide for 30 years.  Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity to apply for a part-time crew position at SONIC in 2004.  Stanley was hired, and with his job coach has been a valuable crew member for over 5 years. 

On December 1, Stanley received the recognition of SONIC Employee of the Year.  His crew members surprised him with a special celebration.  Prospect Supported Employment provided Stanley the opportunity. Stanley brought his SMILE, enthusiasm and commitment to work every day.  This winning combination helped Stanley achieve this special honor.  Great JOB, Stanley!
